Maintain It
A successful restoration is the first step in restoring and maintaining your property. Ongoing maintenance keeps your building looking it’s best, and identifies potential building envelope issues long before they become a detriment to the occupants.
On a regular schedule, we’ll send out our advance team, two guys and a truck, and get a quick survey of your property. We’ll document any issues (or potential issues) we find, and give you a full report. A few spot fixes now will save you time and money later!
