DESIGN BUILD
Design Build is a single entity that performs all phases of the work including study, design, construction, and maintenance. BRS has the building envelope consultant and contractor as a single entity, taking away potential animosity and streamlining the process for the customer.
Eliminating the bidding proceedings keeps timelines and budgets leaner than the traditional model, reducing time spent in both the study and design phases. Because we offer single-source responsibility, all of our work comes with a 5-7 year warranty.
BUILDING SCIENCES
BRS is dedicated to improving the world of Building Sciences, specifically Building Envelope Science. Think of the building envelope as the “skin” of your building, and includes everything that keeps the outdoors, outdoors. It includes roof claddings, exterior walls and fenestration (windows, doors, curtain wall, louvers) and the junctures between these materials and systems. Building Envelope Sciences is the study, development, and strategies concerning all things Building Envelope.
